Orders placed in the United States

Orders placed in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia

  • Standard Shipping (10–15 business days): FREE

  • Priority Shipping (7–10 business days): $6.99

Processing Times

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before leaving our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
If you haven’t received your tracking information after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@thermaneck.com.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered by your local postal service and will arrive in your regular mail. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a notice may be left with instructions for pickup or re-delivery.

Unexpected Delays

Some shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance or courier delays that are beyond our control.
If your package seems delayed, please contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it promptly.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred in such cases.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows “Delivered”

If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@thermaneck.com.
We’ll do our best to help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items marked as delivered.

Duties and Taxes

All duties, taxes, or customs fees are included in the total price — you won’t be charged extra upon delivery.
