Refund Policy for ThermaNeck

Thank you for shopping with ThermaNeck. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Health or personal care items that have been used (for hygiene reasons)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email info@thermaneckco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times vary.

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@thermaneckco.com.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


6. Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
